1 Our commitment
PolyKye is committed to providing people with disabilities with access to the information, products, services and purchasing functions available through polykye.com. We consider accessibility in the design, content and ongoing maintenance of the website and online store.
2 Accessibility standard and current status
Our goal is to make the website and online store conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA. WCAG provides guidance for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable and compatible with assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We have not completed a formal conformance assessment of every page, component and transaction flow, so we do not claim that the entire website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA at all times. We will continue to identify and address barriers as the website, content and supporting technology change.
3 Measures we take
Our accessibility work focuses on practical measures such as:
-
Using clear page titles, headings, labels, instructions and link text.
-
Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or equivalent access for multimedia when appropriate.
-
Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
-
Using readable text, sufficient color contrast and information that does not depend on color alone.
-
Designing forms with understandable labels, instructions and error messages.
-
Supporting browser zoom, text resizing and responsive layouts without unnecessary loss of information or function.
-
Considering accessibility when selecting, configuring and updating themes, applications and third-party services.
-
Reviewing accessibility feedback and using it to guide corrections and future improvements.
4 Technology and third party content
The website is intended to work with current web browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnification, voice recognition and keyboard navigation. Results can vary depending on the combination of browser, device, operating system, assistive technology and user settings.
Some store functions, payment services, embedded content, applications or linked websites are provided by third parties. We consider accessibility when selecting and configuring these services, but some features may remain outside our direct control. This does not change our commitment to helping users access PolyKye information and services.
5 If you need help
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from finding information, completing a form or transaction, managing an order or using another website function, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or service through another reasonably accessible method where possible.
To help us understand and address the issue, please include:
-
The page, product or function you were trying to use.
-
A brief description of the barrier or error.
-
Your preferred way to receive the information or assistance.
-
Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it and believe it would help us investigate.
Do not include payment credentials, medical records or PolyKye Access Program supporting documents in an accessibility message. If the Contact Us form is itself the barrier, you may write to the mailing address below.
6 Feedback and updates
Use the Contact Us link on polykye.com to report an accessibility problem or request assistance. We review accessibility feedback and will respond as reasonably possible based on the nature and urgency of the request.
We may update this Statement as our website, accessibility practices, standards or legal requirements change. The revised Statement will identify its effective date.
