Cancellation policy
This Policy explains how recurring PolyKye orders renew, how charges are processed, and how you can change, skip, pause or cancel a subscription.

Cancellation: Any time before the next order is processed
1. Scope
This Subscription and Cancellation Policy applies to recurring product orders placed directly through polykye.com. It forms part of the PolyKye Terms of Service and Sale and is operated by Canurta Naturals USA Inc., doing business as PolyKye ("PolyKye," "we," "us" or "our").
The product, quantity, delivery frequency, recurring price and any subscription discount shown when you subscribe are part of your subscription terms. If this Policy conflicts with a term presented at checkout, the more specific checkout term controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. How subscriptions work
A subscription is a recurring purchase arrangement. After the first order, it continues for the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel it or we end it. There is no cancellation fee or minimum commitment unless a different commitment is clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase.
Each recurring order is a separate sale. Before completing the initial subscription purchase, review the product, quantity, delivery frequency, price, discounts, estimated shipping charges, taxes and next scheduled order date shown at checkout.
3. Authorization for recurring charges
By selecting a subscription and completing checkout, you authorize PolyKye and its payment providers to store the selected payment method and charge it for the initial order and each recurring order at the frequency and price disclosed, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. Charges continue until the subscription is canceled, paused or otherwise ended.
You must keep your payment and contact information current. The merchant name appearing on a statement may identify Canurta Naturals USA Inc., PolyKye or the applicable payment provider.
4. Pricing discounts shipping and taxes
Subscription prices, discounts and frequencies may vary by product and offer. The amount charged for each order is the applicable subscription price when that order is processed, plus disclosed shipping charges and taxes. Subscription discounts do not combine with another discount, promotion or program benefit unless expressly stated at checkout.
A discount described as introductory, promotional or limited-term applies only for the disclosed period. When it ends, later orders are charged at the then-applicable subscription price after any notice required by law.
5. Managing a subscription
Use the subscription-management option in your PolyKye customer account to review upcoming orders and available controls. Depending on the subscription and the features then available, you may be able to:

Change the product, quantity or delivery frequency.

Update the shipping address, contact information or payment method.

Skip an upcoming order or pause, resume or cancel the subscription.
If an online control is unavailable, use the Contact Us link on polykye.com. A requested change applies only after it is successfully submitted and confirmed. Changes to an order that has already been processed are not guaranteed.
6. Skipping pausing and canceling
You may cancel a subscription at any time without a cancellation fee. To avoid the next recurring charge, complete the cancellation before the next order is processed. The scheduled date displayed in your account is an estimate and processing may begin before shipment.
An online subscription may be canceled through the subscription-management area of your customer account. You may also request cancellation through the Contact Us link on polykye.com. We will not require you to telephone us to cancel an online subscription. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
Skipping affects only the selected upcoming order. Pausing stops future orders until the subscription is resumed. Canceling stops future recurring orders and cannot ordinarily be reversed; you may create a new subscription later if the product remains available.
7. Orders already processed
A subscription change, pause or cancellation does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed. Contact us promptly if you want us to try to stop that order, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Once an order ships, the PolyKye Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
8. Renewal notices and confirmations
After enrollment, we provide an electronic confirmation containing or linking to the recurring terms and cancellation method. We also provide renewal, reminder, trial-expiration, discount-expiration or price-change notices when required by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining a working email address and reviewing subscription communications.
9. Price or term changes
We may change a subscription price or another material term prospectively. We will provide advance notice and cancellation instructions when required by law. A change does not alter an order already processed. If you do not accept a change for which consent is required, we may cancel the subscription instead of processing additional orders.
10. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, our payment provider may retry the charge and may send a notice or secure link to update the payment method. We may delay, skip, pause or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be completed. We do not charge a separate PolyKye fee for a failed payment, although a financial institution may impose its own fee.
11. Product availability and order changes
All subscription orders are subject to product availability and the Shipping and Delivery Policy. If a subscribed product is unavailable or discontinued, we may delay or skip an order, pause or cancel the subscription, or ask you to approve an alternative. We will not substitute a materially different product without your authorization.
12. Returns and refunds
Subscription orders follow the PolyKye Returns and Refunds Policy. Canceling a subscription does not by itself create a refund or return an order. Any approved refund is limited to the amount actually paid for the eligible order or product.
13. PolyKye Access Program
The PolyKye Access Program discount does not apply to subscription purchases and cannot be combined with a subscription discount. Access Program purchases remain subject to the separate PolyKye Access Program Terms.
14. Our right to pause or end a subscription
We may pause or cancel a subscription for unavailable products, repeated payment failures, suspected fraud, misuse of discounts or the Access Program, a legal or safety requirement, or another material violation of the Terms of Service and Sale. When reasonably practicable, we will notify you using the contact information associated with the subscription.
15. Electronic communications and privacy
Subscription confirmations, billing notices and service communications may be sent electronically. These transactional messages are not marketing messages and may continue while the subscription is active even if you opt out of promotional communications. Personal information is handled under the PolyKye Privacy Policy.
16. Legal rights
Nothing in this Policy limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If applicable law gives you a longer notice period, an additional cancellation method or another protection, that requirement applies.
17. Contact us
For subscription assistance, use your PolyKye customer account or the Contact Us link on polykye.com and include the email address associated with the subscription. Do not send full payment-card details, medical information or Access Program supporting documents through ordinary customer-service channels.

18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in subscription offerings, Shopify features, operations or legal requirements. Changes apply prospectively. We will provide notice of a material change to an active subscription when required by law.
