1 Scope and ownership
This Policy applies to polykye.com and the content, materials and features made available through the PolyKye website and online store. The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Canurta Naturals USA Inc., its affiliates, or their respective licensors. Applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws protect these rights.
Protected materials may include text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, designs, page layouts, logos, product and service names, software, data compilations, downloads and other content. Nothing on the website transfers ownership of any intellectual property to a visitor or customer.
2 Limited permission to use the website
PolyKye grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and use the website and its content for your personal, lawful and non-commercial use. You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for that purpose, provided you keep all copyright, trademark and other notices intact.
Any other use requires prior written permission from PolyKye or the applicable rights holder. No license is granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise under any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property right.
3 Uses that are not permitted
Unless applicable law expressly permits the activity or PolyKye gives prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit website content.

Modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, frame, mirror or display the website or its content on another service.

Use scraping, crawling, data-mining or automated tools to extract content, product data or other materials, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that follows published technical instructions.

Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, confidentiality or proprietary-rights notice.

Use website content to train, develop, test or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without written permission.

Use PolyKye content or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or authorization when none exists.
4 Trademarks and brand assets
PolyKye names, product names, logos, slogans, trade dress and related brand elements may be trademarks or other protected brand assets of Canurta Naturals USA Inc., its affiliates or their licensors. You may not use them in a business name, domain name, social-media handle, advertisement, product listing, keyword or other commercial material without prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos and marks appearing on the website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not grant a license or necessarily indicate endorsement by PolyKye or the third party.
5 Products technology and confidential information
The sale of a PolyKye product does not grant any right to use intellectual property embodied in or related to the product beyond using the purchased product as intended. No rights are granted to any formulation, composition, manufacturing method, process, technology, know-how, patent, patent application, trade secret or confidential information.
Public website content is not an invitation to submit confidential ideas or information. Unless PolyKye agrees otherwise in a signed written agreement, information sent through general website or customer-service channels is not treated as confidential.
6 Reviews feedback and submitted content
If you submit a review, testimonial, question, image, idea or other content, you retain any ownership rights you have in that content. You grant PolyKye the license described in the Terms of Service and Sale to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute and use it in connection with our products, services and lawful marketing.
You may submit only content that you own or are authorized to use. Submitted content must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. PolyKye may remove or restrict content that violates this Policy, the Terms of Service and Sale or applicable law.
7 Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material available through polykye.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice through the Contact Us link on polykye.com or to the mailing address in Section 11. A complete notice should include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, for multiple works on the website, a representative list.

Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific webpage address where reasonably available.

Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
PolyKye may forward the notice and your contact information to the person who provided the disputed material. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in an infringement notice may result in legal liability.
8 Counter notifications
If PolyKye removes or disables access to content you submitted in response to a copyright notice, you may send a written counter notification if you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. The counter notification should include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address and telephone number; your consent to the jurisdiction of the United States federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, a judicial district where PolyKye may be found; and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
After receiving a valid counter notification, PolyKye may restore the material as permitted by applicable law unless the original complainant notifies us that a court action has been filed. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a counter notification may result in legal liability.
9 Enforcement and repeat infringement
PolyKye may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue other remedies available under the Terms of Service and Sale or applicable law. Where applicable, PolyKye may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
This Policy does not require PolyKye to monitor all website activity or determine private disputes between third parties. PolyKye may request additional information before acting on a complaint.
10 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the website, our practices or applicable law changes. The revised Policy will identify its effective date. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the revised Policy.
